If you are having issues turning on or charging your Chromebook please follow the following steps:

1. Plug the Chromebook in with the charger cord they were issued.

2. Press the POWER BUTTON  and the REFRESH BUTTON at the same time. 

3. This will cause a hardware reset and the Chromebook should boot up normally.
