Data Confirmation must be completed for each student in order to begin the 2025–2026 school year.
The Data Confirmation/Re-Registration window will open on Monday, July 21st.
Please ensure you have an active Aeries Parent Portal account and log in to complete the Data Confirmation process for EACH of your students prior to the first day of school.
Every family will receive a Data Confirmation letter in the mail with instructions.
As part of this process, you will be required to provide updated proof of address and submit any necessary immunization records.
Once Data Confirmation is complete, you will be able to view your child's assigned teacher under the Demographics section of the portal.
New to our district? An Aeries Parent Portal needs to be created. Be sure when creating parent portal account that you use the same email address used during enrollment. Once enrollment is completed our enrollment center normally sends a confirmation email with your student’s verification code so that you can link your students to your parent portal.
